THE RIZZ CODE

go-rizzy is a 1v1 video battle app where two players try to charm a hypothetical crush in 20-second turns. An AI judges the round and awards points. By creating an account or playing a match, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be a real human, not a bot or automation.
• One account per person. No alts, no shared accounts.
• We can refuse service or close any account at any time, for any reason that doesn't violate applicable law.

Instant ban if you do any of:

• Nudity / sexual content / sexual gestures. Your camera shows your face only. NSFW gets you blocked at the door.
• Slurs / hate speech / harassment targeting any group or individual.
• Threats of violence, self-harm content, doxxing.
• Showing minors on camera, including yourself if you lied about your age.
• Recording, screenshotting, or sharingyour opponent's video or audio outside the app.
• Impersonating another person, or pretending to represent the go-rizzy team.

You keep ownership of what you say during a battle. By using the app, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Process your audio + video in real time so your opponent can see and hear you.
• Send a transcript of your audio to our AI judge so it can score the round.
• Show your username, avatar, score, and rating publicly on the leaderboard.
• Keep moderation records (a single video frame from the start of your match, plus any reports filed against you) for safety review.

We do notsell your content to third parties. We do not retain your live video stream — it's peer-to-peer through our infrastructure provider and not stored on our servers.

• Coins are an in-app currency with no cash value. You can't withdraw them, transfer them, or trade them outside the app.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.
• Coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by EU consumer law (14-day withdrawal right for unused balance, exercised before any coins are spent).
• If we close your account for violating these terms, unused coins are forfeit.
• We can change coin prices or feature costs at any time. Changes apply going forward only.

Battles are scored by an AI model (currently OpenAI GPT-4o-mini). The AI's decision is final. We don't manually adjudicate disputes about who won. If the AI service is unavailable, we may use a fallback scoring method.

AI scoring is best-effort and may be wrong, biased, or weird. Treat it as entertainment, not as an objective measurement of anything.

After every match either player can rate or report the other. Reports go to a moderation queue. We review them at our discretion.

We can:

• Warn you
• Temporarily suspend you from matchmaking
• Permanently ban your account
• Refuse to refund unspent coins on a banned account

We don't guarantee a manual appeal process. If you believe a ban was wrong, contact us at the address in section 13.

The app is provided as-is. We don't promise it will be always available, bug-free, or secure. Real talk: this is a new product and things will break. Don't use it for anything that actually matters.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €100, whichever is greater. We aren't liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

You can delete your account anytime from the settings menu. Deletion is permanent — match history, ratings, coins, and stats are gone.

We can terminate your account if you violate these terms.

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. We'll surface a notice in-app for material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes go to the courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
